JUST SEND THE CHECK In my newest column, I weigh in on the controversy surrounding those pre-rebate letters we've all received from the IRS. Personally, I'd rather get an extra 34 cents in my refund check and do without President Bush's tax-funded PR mailer. But then, maybe I'm just bitter -- we don't get our refund check until September. |
