    TWO NEW COLUMNS
    Sorry I've been so slow to update. There are two new columns to annouce: First, in Sunday's Daily News, I looked at one ingenious way to get California out of Gray Davis' disastrous long-term energy contracts: Have the contracts declared null and void. Since they appear to have been negotiated illegally, that shouldn't be too hard.

    Then, in Todays' FrontPage, I ask whether under Attoreny General John Ascroft there may, indeed, be A Second Life for the Second Amendment.
